The 2012 - 2013 Code of Student Conduct Handbook is going green!

Parents and students, the Code of Student Conduct Handbook for the 2012-2013 school year will be distributed electronically. The Code of Student Conduct Handbook will be posted for review beginning July 1, 2012 on the Broward Schools web site at . Click on the link at the bottom of the column on the right.

Parents and students are still responsible for submitting the following executed documents to schools:

• Acknowledgement Form
  
• Media Release Form
  
• FERPA Opt Out Notification Form – All Grades
  
• NCLB Opt Out Form for 11th & 12th grades (Information disclosed to Armed Forces and Post-Secondary Institutions)
