SENIORS may apply for a decal in person August 1 – 5 from 12pm – 2pm daily.
JUNIORS may apply for a decal in person August 8 – 11 from 12pm – 2pm daily.
*Students will need to return on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 between the hours of 8am to 12pm to have their decal affixed to their car.
**If any parking spaces are available after August 26, sophomores may apply and are required to have a 3.0 grade point average.
ATTACH A CLEAR PHOTOCOPY OF EACH OF THE FOLLOWING WITH YOUR APPLICATION:
- Application form (page 5) completely filled out and NOTARIZED
- A copy of your Florida Driver’s License
- A copy of the current registration for the car you will be parking on school property
- A copy of your current insurance card; the insurance card must match the registration you turn in
- A copy of your most recent report card indicating you have a GPA of 2.0 or higher (3.0 or higher for sophomores)
- Obligation Forms/Indicating there are no outstanding obligations
NOTE: Any application that is turned in INCOMPLETE will not be processed for a decal and the student will lose his/her spot in the application process, possibly resulting in forfeit of decal, if they are sold out.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
ONCE ALL PARKING SPOTS ARE SOLD, NO MORE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
