Alexandra Shuler wanted to set a good example.  As the leader of the HOSA harvest drive, she wanted to show her peers what one determined individual could accomplish in an effort to help her neighbors in need. 

She passed out fliers in several different neighboorhoods.  She scheduled pick up times.  She spent a Saturday in front of Publix asking people to give.  On Wednesday, November 6th she and her family delivered over 1,200 items to Ms. Medlock's room! 

As Thanksgiving approaches, take the time to give.  If every person at Western High School put forth just 10% of Alexandra's effort we would bring in 372,000 items!!!
