Western’s Junior Varsity Basketball team consists of 12 (freshman & sophomore) boys competing in FHSAA high schools around Broward County.  The team serves in a developmental capacity for its Varsity counterpart.  The team also participates in spring and summer leagues in preparation for the arduous high school season.

Season Outlook: Last year, the JV Basketball team finished one of its most memorable seasons, going 10-3.  The team was led by sophomores, Michael Consuegra and Stefan Alvarez.  This season, 4 returning freshmen hope to build on last year’s success and help build Western into an exciting and formidable program.
