What a great night and what a way to end the year!

They definitely saved the best Graduation Ceremony for last. A huge thank you to Dwyane Wade for taking the time to answer the call and speak to us last night. It'll go down in history as the most amazing graduation surprise this school has ever seen. We were all shocked and humbled to receive you.

Let's take a moment to stop and thank the real MVP - Negeen Fallahzadeh, who went above and beyond, bleeding black and gold for this school and her fellow students, relentlessly pushing for 11 months to make that moment a reality. Really stop and take a moment to contemplate the effort, orchestrated by an incredible woman of only eighteen years, to pull in a high-profile speaker like this. The support system from all her teachers, the nights on social media beating the drum, it's incredible. It's inspiring. And it makes us proud to be Wildcats. From everyone here at Western High, Negeen, we tip our hats to you and your relentless efforts to achieve this for us. You are living embodiment of Western Pride and what it means to be a Wildcat.
