SEMI ANNUAL WESTERN HIGH SCHOOL
ART SHOW

WHEN: Monday, Tuesday, and
Wednesday - December 8th, 9th, and 10th

SIGN UP IN THE TEACHER MAILROOM TO BRING YOUR CLASSES!

Tuesday evening, Dec. 9th, 7:00 - 8:30 PM
for parents and friends of students

WHERE: Western High School Media Center

PROCEDURES TO SEE THE SHOW:

1. Sign up for a specific day and time. Be prompt!
You must accompany your students to the Media
Center and stay with them the entire time.

Monday, Dec. 8th all visitors will be asked to
vote for their choice of the one piece they like
the best in the whole show - drawing, painting, or
sculpture. The winning item will be designated
STUDENT'S CHOICE.

2. Each visit is scheduled for 15 minutes. Please
adhere to the time you sign up for as other classes
will be coming at their scheduled time and we can
only accommodate so many in the Media Center at
one time.

3. Please go over proper behavior with your students.
No drinks, food, or backpacks are allowed.

4. Also, please remind your students that there is
NO TOUCHING OF ANY ARTWORK ALLOWED!
